Our skin resurfacing facial has all the benefits of the Bliss Signature Facial with the addition of a microdermabrasion or dermaplaning. Our skin resurfacing facial starts with a purifying double cleanse of the skin, followed by a detailed skin analysis. Our esthetician then customizes the remaining facial treatment specifically for your skin type. Dead skin is softly buffed off with a manual cream exfoliant while the face is gently steamed. Steaming increases circulation and opens pores to further cleanse away impurities. Facial extractions are performed to extract deep comedones and clogged pores. Skin is then further exfoliated with a microdermabrasion or dermaplaning treatment. During a microdermabrasion, a minimally abrasive instrument gently sands the skin to remove the thicker outer layers. During dermaplaning, a specialized scalpel gently glides against the skin in a controlled motion to remove rough textured skin, villous hair, and peach fuzz. After exfoliation, a mild to medium chemical peel or fruit enzyme may be used for chemical exfoliation of dead skin. This is then followed by a customized mask to purify and  hydrate skin.
